Would you like to have more insight into how much time a fulfillment worker spends on tasks?
With proposed updates to time tracking in Task Manager, you’ll get more detailed stats into how long each member of your team spends on each task, so you can help them be more effective in their roles.
Would love to hear from our community on this. Would you prefer that we track the overall time that a task took to go from ‘Open’ to ‘Complete’ OR that we track how much time a user spends on the task? Or maybe both?
I think it would be great to be able to track both overall time as well as on a user level. We currently use Toggl in our Agency and many of our retainer clients are allocated “agency hours” every month for our services.
It is also very important for us to be able to hold team members accountable and establish what best practice looks like in terms of time management.
We are very excited about this because it will allow us to further look into centralizing everything within the platform.
