Does anyone have issues with overseas transactions costing their clients' high foreign exchange fees?
for example:
We have 2 markets but can only have one stripe connection.
If a client buys from the Australian market in $AUD, it is converted to $USD and the client is hit with very high foreign exchange fees as their credit card is charged in $USD.
This is a big issue for us that is preventing us growing.
Vendasta needs to hear from more customers to get more examples.
Thanks Rick for starting this thread. It is big constraint today for those that have customers paying in different currencies. Yes, we would like to get a better understanding of other partners that are also experiencing this issue.
