I don't have enough time to do as many sales as I'd like (lots of fulfillment happening!) so I'm thinking about hiring my first sales person. What's the best practice here?
I'm thinking a flat monthly contract plus some sort of signup commission bonus to make calls and close deals.
Can anyone share a framework that works for them?
