Customer Voice Getting clients to stay on top of review emails and texts

After setting up this for a client I see it presents the client with options to solicit reviews from their customers. As the software is set-up this is a DIY offering. I see this as a challenge for the business owner to stay on top of to send the emails or texts to get the reviews. It seems to me that this is an opportunity to upsell this as a DIFY. I'd like to hear from consultants-agencies that are offering as a DIFY and how they are providing this service.

We've created an add-on package for a Reputation Management suite (Reputation Management, Customer Voice, Social Marketing and the ad one)... There is a monthly cost for platform as DIY and then an upsell (we do it as $700 upsell to make it $1k total monthly) and include up to 10 hrs per month across all of those applications

Which product are you referring to when you say "the ad one". Just curious. This is a great upsell Shawn, keep up the good work.
