Questions about the new AI upgrades for Reputation Management and Social Marketing ...
When using the AI feature to respond to a batch of 5 star reviews on Google, for example, is the system built to be aware as to not produce similar or repeated responses?
What is considered a long form post for AI written content for Social Marketing? Is there a target number or range of words it is programmed to create?
Thanks!
Hi Malcom,
Great questions!
The AI doesn't keep a record of the responses it has made, so it can't avoid similar answers. However it doesn't necessarily try to make them similar either, so there is some randomness to the words used. We always recommend reviewing the responses prior to publishing - that way you can further customize the response as needed.
For Social Marketing the long form posts are roughly 384 words.
We hope the new features are helping you to create content more quickly. We would love to hear any further feedback you might have.
Thanks for the reply. Several AI content tools out there tout the ability to "look back" to make sure they are not repeating passages for blog posts. I just was wondering if the new review response AI worked in the same way. Good to know on the long post word count. I'll let you know of any other feedback. Thanks again!
