Hi All,
Does anyone have an NDA for sales staff they would be willing to share with me? I am not asking for legal advice, just something I can use to get in the ballpark before taking it to an attorney for polishing. Thank you ?

I have a membership with lawdepot.ca that I use to create all of my agreements including NDA agreements. You can also go to lawdepot.com if you are not a Canadian business.

@PaulDouglas Thank you so much! I will check into them. Have you been using them long? Do you use them to draft and still run have it run by an attorney or do you use them as is?

@Ryan I use it as is. TBH most NDAs and non competes are not worth the paper they are printed on.
