I have a client who is asking me to send feedback requests from a list containing 1000's of former customers. I sent 5 as a test. one came back with a one star review with the feedback of "get me off your list" we were lucky googles bot didn't like it and so it wasn't posted. can we create a happy - sad face as the initial trigger to destination? for example, Happy face will link to the actual google review page. sad face will redirect to vendasta for feedback we can review and use to  improve customer service.
