We are looking at recruiting and retaining quality sales staff. Please share information on:
(1) recruiting tactics, advertising for new sales staff (e.g. Monster, LinkedIn, Recruiter, Craigslist, etc.)
(2) what compensation works best (e.g salary/ hourly, compensation only, combination, etc.)
(3) what you’re looking for in terms of experience…especially if you use Vendasta CRM, products, services.
