It would be absolutely great if it would be possible to somehow customize the Account content with custom objects/fields or even screens. That would enable us to have all content in one single place instead of different applications disparate to each other.
We for example have a lot of content for Hotels which is 40% of what we have in the accounts data. We don't want to duplicate, capture separately and end up with inconsistent data.
