Hey Mike,Are you referring to uploading customers to the customer list for Customer Voice to send SMS review requests?

Hello @mikeroov-io – If you're talking about the SMS Messaging in Business App Inbox, it's currently possible to bulk upload a list of users. Go to Business App > Customer List > Add > Bulk Add Customers. Make sure to add a "+" at the beginning of any phone numbers added, so the system knows the country code. (e.g. +14548675309).

These added contacts will now be messagable in Inbox, by typing their name. Please note, we do not have bulk message sending yet at this point, each message must be sent one by one. Pls let me know if you have any trouble!
