Sales & Success Center: Improved Search for Managed Accounts

We’ve improved searching in managed accounts by utilizing flexible entry. Salespeople won’t have to worry about sending duplicate messages to prospects as they can now enter phone numbers without having to enter the full number.

I'm liking the update, is there a way to do an advanced search for the contact on the account?

Hey John, at this time there isn't a way to do an advanced search using the contacts name, only their phone number.

But that's a good idea, I'll definitely relay that back to the team as we're always looking at ways to increase efficiency!
