Leads classified as Hot Leads yet they have already unsubscribed

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a way to filter out unsubscribed “Hot Leads”. When you look at the list of activity for the user and find that they have unsubscribed, that to me is not a good classification for this user (hot lead). It would be nice to not have people who have unsubscribed to even show up as a hot lead and to have them filtered out before they appear in the sales center. Once I see that they have unsubscribed I have to do many steps to archive the account, it would be great to have a cleaner list that are really hot leads that are active in the list.

If there is a way to do this already, please let me know what I need to do to configure that.

Hi Karen, thanks for the feedback!We’re actually classifying this as a bug, as ‘unsubscribed’ users aren’t really hot - if anything, they’re cold. We have a team that is looking at changing this now. You should see these removed in the coming weeks.
