Business App Client Access Issues

I  had two separate accounts that have access issues this week and continuing this week. Is there something going on with the system? They have both tried the cache clear..etc. Is there a bigger system issue we need to know about or do something different? Both have been in and working and now get blocked. Appreciate any support, and yes, I keep opening tickets.
