It would be great to have a professionally produced video about the Snapshot Report and its value prop that is market-facing. There is a partner-facing video in the support documents.
Totally agree. In fact, I'd say most of the videos need updating... for example the website pro video talks about 8 seconds for customer attention, but in reality, its under 3 seconds now.
