I didn't see this upon search, so I'm entering as a new request.
It would be great to have the ability to create folders inside the Files storage for an account. This would allow an easier experience for the client when searching. For example, I might have a folder called "Logos" where the client could access all their logo files in various formats, or "Social Graphics" where I might upload graphics I've made for the client to post on their social accounts.
I currently use Zoho Workdrive for this with my clients, but would really like to keep them coming back to Business App!
