I think it would be beneficial to our clients if we could somehow make the Customers Tab operate as a lightweight CRM, allowing them to input important data and function similar to SSC. This should allow them to schedule meetings, send emails, track conversations and in the future ad automation or tasks for themselves.

Thanks for this request @Ryan_Mason – we’re releasing some great new customer communication features to the Customers tab in the coming weeks. We’re starting with the ability for an SMB to invite a customer to a Zoom video call; Google Meet is also coming right away. Stay tuned, this will be going live very soon.
@JoshBaker any update on this?
