As far as I can tell, there is no integration between these three systems. The way it's working now, we're essentially having to work out of two CRMs. We have widgets on our website that feed into SSC for sales follow up and additonal automation. These contacts don't exist in AC for monthly newsletters or sync to Business App customer list for review requests, etc.
If a live 3-way sync between these three systems was available, this would allow for a better overall view of prospects/customers and the feel of a single integrated CRM that was always up to date no matter where the last update was made.
