Allow client users to create tasks in designated projects

Question

We're in a situation where it would be very helpful if our client could add new tasks to certain projects we're undertaking for them. I'm imagining this happening by adding a guest user to a project with permissions to post new tasks.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We want to help you communicate with your clients.

We have a client-facing 'version' of projects - we call it a 'Project Tracker'. It can be turned on for your clients by marking any project in Task Manager 'Visible'. Here's some helpful information about that. https://support.vendasta.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406953619863

Your clients also have the ability to 'comment' on a project tracker that can notify your team of their request.

Hi @swapnil and thanks for your reply.I'm already aware of this feature but it doesn't help address the situation for us. We would like to see it made possible for clients to be given permission to add new tasks to designated projects. As you point out, all they can do right now is submit comments. Thanks againPaul
