I like the ability to categorize products/services in separate tabs in the store but it's ONLY possible if the products are inside packages.
Packages are a great feature for bundling but are not very efficient if it's just one product. Having to essentially duplicate what's already there (including adding content) is a time waster.
Plus add-ons are not visible on the sidebar which is a lost upsell opportunity. In other words, they don't display the same way.
Categorizing is important, especially if you have many products as it's easier for a prospect to filter down to what they are looking for.
