I would love the ability to BCC and/or archive all outgoing emails to our customers. This leads to better customer support and a better understanding of all of the communication that is going to out to our customers. Similar to the email archive feature in Website Pro, when there is a question you can go back and see what was sent and when, sometime directing a customer to an email that landed in their SPAM folder. Also, I've done email systems long enough to have a hard time blindly trusting that all emails are going out all the time.
