Workshop #4 – Finding your Niche
Finding a vertical is paramount to a new agency but finding which one is a laborious process. There are several questions you need to answer and knowing the answers to these questions is the best place to start. I have designed this workshop to help you ask the right questions. Once you have answered these questions, we have a hands-on component that will help you find your next steps. The hands-on component helps you recognize your strengths and weaknesses to help you build trust for long-term relationship building with your prospect and clients.
